Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times:

France & European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

United Kingdom, Switzerland

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Australia, New Zealand, Middle East

  • Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to:

  • Weight/size of the order

  • Carrier used

Some products may include free worldwide shipping.


Customs & Import Taxes

  • We cannot control or predict these fees.

Failure to pay customs may cause delays or return of the package.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with your neighbors/building concierge.

  2. Check your local post office.

  3. Contact the carrier.

We will investigate with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error:

  • We cannot refund or reship free of charge.

  • You must place a new order after the package is returned (if returned).


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
